We found a cool restaurant nearby that served us delicious meals for both lunch and dinner. The hotel’s location was super convenient as it was just a short walk from Edmondson Trail Head 🌲.

Location was fairly good for what we were doing, food at the breakfast buffet was good, room arrangement met our needs well.

Non adherence to the facility policy by some of the guests pertaining to use of the pool. It is clearly stated in the pool area that children must be accompanied by a parent, yet for 2 1/2 hours we observed 9 boys playing baseball in the water and basically taking over the pool. I finally intervened when a woman with a small child wanted to swim with her son but was afraid to enter the pool for fear of being hit by a ball. This is unacceptable!! You should police this area and enforce the rules given that so many families use your facility when their children's sports teams are playing in Colorado Springs, and it is likely this happens a lot.

The hotel is appealing and fairly clean with a good pool. The remote location is favorable. The staff is outstandingly accommodating. Early check-in is available. The prices are good.

The rooms at the hotel were incredibly spacious, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The hotel's setting was fantastic, and the on-site restaurant offered a delicious meal.

The made to order breakfast was amazing. The rooms were recently remodeled and the beds were so comfortable. I like the evening reception with free drinks and snacks.

This place is absolutely gorgeous and cozy. the kitchen set up for making omelets is convenient. the rooms are brand new and come with a separate bedroom, which is a nice touch. the staff is incredibly friendly and willing to help with anything you need. 😊

The breakfast was great, the room was clean and the room service quickly arrived with our food!

The mattress in the room that we stayed in needs replaced. My back ached the next day and my daughters didn't sleep well due to the mattress being uncomfortable. Pillows and linen were just fine, the mattress was bad.

I came here with my dog and had a wonderful stay. The breakfast was enjoyable with delicious omelets, the best I had in Colorado Springs. The staff were wonderful and kind. The location of the property was remote, not far from many restaurants and shopping centers, quiet, central to all attractions, and several restaurants. The property was 2 miles away from Sky Zone Trampoline Park Amusement Center.

We greatly enjoyed this exceptionally comfortable hotel with mountain views. In general the staff were super-friendly and affable. Our location was favorable and absolutely perfect to visit different scenic areas.

Way to many kids in the pool an whirlpool area after 10pm curfew and the refrigerater was set to cold it froze all our food

The staff at Embassy Suites By Hilton Colorado Springs were outstandingly accommodating and made me feel truly welcome. I greatly enjoyed having a fridge, dining area, and seating area in my suite.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The beautiful atrium with its trees and flowers was a lovely sight to behold when I opened my room door. The spaciousness of the hotel impressed me, and the breakfast offered was great. The hotel's convenient location made it easy for me to explore the attractions in the Colorado Springs area. Additionally, the staff was extremely helpful during my stay. They have made adjustments to the breakfast buffet to ensure safety and even offered drink vouchers for the partially re-opened restaurant. This hotel exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be booking a room here for my next visit in September.
